This phase marks a significant milestone as we transition a participant into employment and embark on a journey towards fostering their independence in the workplace.

At this stage, our focus is on providing tailored support that meets the unique needs of each participant. We understand that individuals may require varying levels of assistance to thrive in their roles, and we adapt our approach accordingly. Whether it's offering guidance on job tasks, facilitating communication with colleagues and supervisors, or implementing accommodations to address specific challenges, our aim is to empower participants to navigate their work environment with confidence.

Our ultimate goal is to foster independence in the workplace. This involves gradually reducing the level of support as participants gain proficiency and confidence in their roles. Through ongoing coaching, skill-building activities, and encouragement, we strive to equip participants with the tools they need to succeed autonomously.

We recognize that independence looks different for everyone, and our support is tailored to accommodate individual needs and preferences. Some participants may require ongoing assistance and guidance, while others may quickly adapt and thrive with minimal intervention.
