Service Description
A structured, person-centered course that prepares individuals for job searches and workplace expectations. Participants build confidence, identify strengths, complete applications, practice interview skills, and develop predictable daily routines that support employment. This course is ideal for individuals who need clarity, stability, and skill-building before entering or re-entering the workforce. By the end of this course, participants will be able to: • Identify personal strengths and interests that guide career choices • Build a basic résumé and complete job applications • Communicate confidently in interviews • Interact effectively with employers, probation, parole, and community agencies • Establish daily routines that support readiness for work • Practice appropriate disclosures when required • Develop realistic employment plans and transportation strategies
