Discovery (Onboarding)
Understanding Your Strengths to Build a Path Forward
Discovery is where your journey begins. This is the time for us to learn about you, your interests, your experiences, your challenges, and what matters most to you. Everything we learn helps us shape a personalized path toward employment that fits your goals and supports your growth.
We take time to understand your abilities, sensitivities, support needs, and the things that have or have not worked for you in past work or school experiences. This helps us identify what you need to feel confident, capable, and ready to move forward.
What Discovery Includes:

Exploring your skills, interests, and goals

-
Setting a foundation for meaningful employment
At MattRaeGo, we believe in planning first and placing second. We do not rush the process. We build a strong foundation first so you can move forward with support, confidence, and purpose.
