Service Description
A structured course that teaches the unwritten rules of the workplace — how to show up consistently, manage time, communicate respectfully, handle feedback, and maintain long-term employment. This class is especially supportive for justice-involved individuals, first-time workers, and people returning to work after long gaps. By the end of this course, participants will be able to: • Demonstrate improved attendance, punctuality, and reliability • Communicate with supervisors using workplace-appropriate etiquette • Ask for help or clarification in a respectful and effective way • Receive feedback without shutting down or escalating • Reduce workplace conflict and build positive working relationships • Understand employer expectations and workplace culture • Create and follow a personalized job-stability plan
